Driving from Stellenbosch University
Simply head north on Andringa Street towards Merriman Avenue and turn left onto Merriman Avenue. After approximately 700 m, turn left onto Adam Tas Road (R310/R44). Continue for about 2 km, then turn right onto Hullet Street in Kayamandi. Rossouw Storage is located at 3 Hullet Street on your left.
Driving from Techno Park
If you are coming from Techno Park or via Strand Road, Rossouw Storage is only around 10 minutes away. Head east on Termo Lane towards Proton Road and turn right onto Proton Road. Turn right onto Quantum Street, then take a slight left onto Techno Avenue. At the roundabout, take the first exit and continue on Techno Avenue before turning left onto Strand Road (R44). Follow the R44 for approximately 4 km, then use the right lane to continue onto Adam Tas Road (R310/R44). Turn left onto Hullet Street in Kayamandi, and you will find Rossouw Storage at 3 Hullet Street on your left.
Driving from the N1
Travelling from the N1, take the R304 Stellenbosch/Klipheuwel exit towards Stellenbosch. Continue on the R304 for approximately 16 km until you reach the intersection with Adam Tas Road (R310/R44). Turn right onto Adam Tas Road and continue for around 2 km. Turn right into Hullet Street in Kayamandi, and Rossouw Storage is located at 3 Hullet Street on your left.
Driving from the N2
If you are travelling from the N2, take the Baden Powell Drive (R310) exit towards Stellenbosch. Follow the R310 for approximately 18 km until you reach Adam Tas Road (R310/R44). Continue straight on Adam Tas Road, then turn left into Hullet Street in Kayamandi. Rossouw Storage is located at 3 Hullet Street on your left.

Both. You can manage your own access to most units or choose a fully managed option where our team handles collection, storage and return for you. Our Half 6m Container and Office Storage options are managed access only, arranged by appointment.
Our facilities are protected by 24/7 AI-monitored surveillance and an on-site security team. Managed-access units add a further layer of control, since access is arranged by appointment rather than left open.
Our current monthly rates (excl. VAT) range from R990 for a Half 6m Container (≈7.5 m²) up to R3,200 for a 12m Container (≈30 m²), with 6m Containers (≈15 m²) at R1,650 (ground floor) or R1,550 (top floor). Office storage is charged at R110 per square metre allocated.

Yes, our containers are maintained to a clean, dry standard suitable for household furniture, business stock and personal belongings.
If your needs change, get in touch and we’ll help you move to a larger or smaller container, subject to availability at the time.
We maintain a R500,000 blanket insurance policy covering the storage facility against risks such as theft, fire and water damage. However, we strongly recommend that clients also notify their own insurance broker, as most household contents policies can extend cover to items held in storage when arranged in advance.
No. Rossouw Storage offers flexible pro-rata billing when you provide at least two weeks’ notice. For example, if you let us know at the beginning of the month that you will vacate halfway through, you will only be charged for the portion of the month that you use.
This gives you greater flexibility and means you are not locked into paying for storage space after you no longer need it.
